Consider bringing your own toiletries, as the complimentary ones are quite simple and sparse. This will enhance your comfort during your stay.

The staff provided exceptional service, always with a smile, which made the stay feel welcoming and personal. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety that satisfied everyone in our group. the room, while clean, could use some updating, and being located downstairs, the noise from the underground was noticeable at times. Despite these minor drawbacks, the experience was enjoyable, and I would consider returning.

Charming hotel with a cozy atmosphere
The hotel exudes character with its beautiful architecture and the friendly ambiance created by the resident pets, which really added to our experience. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and the location is perfect for exploring the city. breakfast ending at 9:30 AM was a bit too early for my liking.

Location is excellent, really close to King's Cross and Euston. The breakfast had good options, very tasty. The shower was extremely small, barely enough room to move comfortably. Couch in the lobby had a cozy vibe. Free hot drinks in common areas are a nice touch.

missingWrote a review on Jun 29convenient locationhistorical characterno lift access
Convenient location near Kings Cross and St Pancras, with plenty of dining options just a short walk away. The charming historical character adds a unique touch to the stay.
The absence of a lift makes hauling luggage up the narrow spiral staircase to the top floors a real pain, especially if you're traveling solo. Rooms are cramped and the bathroom feels even tighter with just a curtain separating the shower. Expect some noise from the boiler at night, which can disrupt your sleep. Not the cleanest either. a dirty spoon left behind by housekeeping is not what I'd expect. Sorry folks, but those small, dark rooms can feel more suffocating than cozy, and the whole place could use a facelift.
